Terms & Conditions
By booking or using any service provided by All Towns Livery, LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable. Cash balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
- All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Late cancellations within 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

2. Airport Pickups & Waiting Time
We are committed to being on the scheduled arrival time for all airport pickups.
- In case a flight lands earlier than expected, customers must wait for their driver no later than the original scheduled arrival time.
- 95% of our drivers arrive ahead of time.
- For domestic flights, 30 minutes of free waiting time is provided at all airports. A charge of $80 per hour applies after the first complimentary 30 minutes.
- For international flights, 60 minutes of free waiting time is provided.
3. Additional Charges & Fees
Certain situations may result in additional charges being applied to your booking.
- A $50 fee applies to any last-minute pickup time change or airport change.
- A $50 extra charge will be applied during snowstorms and bad weather conditions for transfers.
- Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time described on the run sheet.
4. Damage & Liability
The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused during the duration of the rental.
- A minimum fee of $100.00 applies for each carpet stain or for the repair cost for seat burns.
- The sanitation fee is $250.00.
- The company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
5. Weather & Road Conditions
All Towns Livery makes every effort to provide on-time service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather or road conditions.
- The company is not responsible for delays or termination of service caused by snow storms, unsalted roads, accidents, or construction.
- In cases where our drivers must operate during snow storm conditions, an extra $50 will be added to the bill.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. All Towns Livery reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger:
- Consumes alcohol or uses drugs, which is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
- Causes blatant indiscretion, at which point the driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund.
- Stands through the sunroof, which is illegal.
- Smoking in the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and is left to the discretion of the driver.
- Attempts to load the vehicle beyond its seating capacity.
7. Lost Items
The company is not responsible for any articles left in our vehicles. We encourage all passengers to check the vehicle for personal belongings before exiting.
8. Limitation of Liability
All Towns Livery's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific booking. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in our vehicles. Customers are advised to check for belongings before exiting.
9. Insurance & Licensing
All Towns Livery operates fully licensed and insured ground transportation in compliance with federal and state regulations. Our operating licenses include DOT #2860393 and MC #958250-C. All chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and background-checked.
10. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Connecticut govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Connecticut.
11. Modifications
All Towns Livery reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
